well, you cant get it perfectly straight without a straightner, but you can dry it straight. dry you hair with a blowdry, while combing your hair with a paddle brush. How do i get my hair perfectly straight or perfect waves/curls without special things?
Blow-dry your hair! (especially your bangs)

Try to sleep with your hair tied back, and clipped.

Try to sleep with your hair in braids...
To get really cute waves try braiding your hair into like 10 little braids and sleeping in them. Then the next morning undo them all and use a comb to get rid of tangles NOT A HAIRBRUSH!!! Also you can make a ton of little pigtails all over your head to add volume,
Umm, yeah trim your bang hair just a little.

You can use this tutorial

and for hair ways check out kandeejohnson on youtube she is the most amazing make up and hair guru! All you need is a round brisle brush and just put ur bangs in it and put ur blow dryer on it and just rotate brush with hair in it constant so they straighten. You can do that to all of your hair to make it straight too
I can only help with curls, try these:

French plait your hair in four sections with damp hair and sleep in it, you will get lovely waves when you wake up.

To french plait, section you hair into four equal sections and clip three out of the way.

With the remaining loose section, take a small section at the top of your head and separate into three smaller sections, place the furthest right piece under the middle piece so that the right piece is now the middle piece, then the furthest left section under the middle, pulling tight as you go.

Next add a small amount of loose hair to the middle section, then place the furthest right piece under so that is back to the middle, add another loose section of hair to the middle, then take the furthest left section and put it under the middle, repeat until you get to the end of your hair and secure with a band.

Rag curls:

Get an old dish cloth, towel, etc, and cut into long strips.

With damp hair, get a small section of hair, place the rag at the end of your hair and wind the hair around the cloth to the top, tie the cloth in a bow and repeat for your whole head. Sleep, wake up with lovely natural curls :)

I hope this helps,

D xo
