How to get wavy hair without it look wet? (HELP!)?

i have naturally DEAD straight hair. with lots of layers.shoulder legnth. i wanted some waves in my hair. but i odnt like the look of braids waves.


and my hair doesnt dry fast because its chemically over-processed,so no buns. any ideas?How to get wavy hair without it look wet? (HELP!)?
take a shower, and when you get out put in.

scrunch your hair while it's wet, when it drys


put a little more %26amp; scrunch until satisfied with the curl/wave.


then some hairspray, should be good for the day (:

so you cant even wash your hair and not dry it and keep it in a bun for a day/night? that usually always works
