How do I get salon straight hair?

I loved the way my hair was after I got a hair cut recently, but now if I try to straighten my hair it never is as good, still kinda wavy...just not perfect. I have long hair with soft waves.

What products should I use? A kind of anti-frizz serum? Any good brands that you would recommend? How do I get salon straight hair?
I've found that straightening your hair by layers, and using clips to hold your hair on the top of your head, will make your straightening more successful.

I also use two products that I purchased from the hair salon after seeing them used on my hair: Alterna straightening mousse and Chi Iron Guard liquid spray. I use a medium sized straightener with ceramic plates, and I go down my hair slowly and kind of tug the straightener at the end.

If you shower beforehand and blow-dry your hair straight first, I think this helps too. I only do this when I have time, and it usually does work better.

EDIT: Ok, I found links to the products I use, and the first one is actually a starch, not a mousse.

The second product is a spray and you can see it here:

I got both of these products at Regis Salon, if you have any of those near you or maybe go there to get your hair done. How do I get salon straight hair?
i have an emo-ish sorta style and it needs straight hair.

use Garnier Fructis smothing milk and the shine spray whe your hair is wet so it comes easier. blowdry it until dry. then put your hair in clips and blowdry your hair with a round brush. this gives it volume and lasting straightness. then straighten those sections but carefull to not get the roots. then unclip it and do that to the same sections. part it and use a light hold hairspray and shine spray. it lasts all day unless you do sports.
you can try rebonding.

There are tons of anti-friz products from various brands. Just look for them in the shelves. Better yet, ask the salon which product they use. Sometimes they sell the product too.
